I haven't watched Dark Shadows nor G.I Joe, to be honest. But I found this OMG.<3 G.I Joe seems to generally be considered the brown spot on his resume, though I'm not sure if it had to do with his acting so much as the movie itself. There's something adorable about the image of him bouncing at the idea to play Cobra Commander, though.
