It wasn't until these pictures that I realized that Tom Hardy is almost a dead ringer for my dad. Except for the crooked teeth and hair color. And Louis looks almost like me at that age! I don't know how to feel about this.
Owch, I feel your pain. I used to find Sir Anthony Hopkins kind of hot (for a stocky, way-older guy), but then he and my Dad started to look too much like each other. =.=;; Now I just wince when I see him. But at least he's only an actor that I kind of like seeing in movies - not an actor that I actively follow! ^o^;;
I was never really attracted to him, thankfully, though I think he has a wonderful face (although even that feels weird to say now...gah). Maybe my subconscious was slamming the breaks?

I was attracted to Anthony Hopkins, but about the time he did "Shadowlands", he was starting to get older and my Dad was getting older... and they really began to look alike, even though they hadn't up to that point. And it's only gotten worse since. *wince*
Tay keeps asking me if I'm getting nesting instincts, when I post pics of babies or children. Heh. Nothing wrong with thinking little sproglings are cute! ^o^
